Consultation has concluded.
On Monday 10 August, Council resolved to adopt the site-specific development controls to be included in the Wagga Wagga Development Control Plan (DCP) and changes to the floor space ratio and height of building provision of the Wagga Wagga Local Environmental Plan (LEP).
Council is in receipt of an application to amend land zoning, land classification, height of building and floor space ratio controls for land on Morgan, Murray and Forsyth Streets.
To address concerns raised in response to the proposed changes, Council has developed site-specific development controls to guide future development applications. These proposed controls are currently on exhibition for comment.
