Overview

Instead of paying Section 7.11 contributions for the subdivision, Council has received an offer to enter into a planning agreement from Homes NSW in relation to the subdivision of the Tolland Renewal Area. The proposed planning agreement offers to construct active travel infrastructure, recreational assets and community facilities in the Tolland area in addition to the requirements of the development.

The value of the infrastructure to be constructed by Homes NSW as part of the proposed planning agreement is approximately $7.1 million. The contributions due for the development are estimated to be $3.5 million.
