A draft set of development controls are being presented to Council in February 2020 with a request to go on public exhibition as per the recommendation from 16 December 2019 Council meeting.

With the existing development controls being limited, the proposed controls are intended to deal with key issues raised during consultation of the planning proposal to amend height and floor space ratio provisions.

A public consultation period will occur if the draft controls are endorsed for exhibition.

Consideration of the controls and ultimate height restriction will be again considered by Council after public consultation of the draft development controls.

A report will be presented to Council in April with those who have made submissions during consultation of the LEP and DCP being informed of the meeting date once it is confirmed.
