Council recently undertook the following public consultation for amendments to planning documents for land located on Morgan, Murray and Forsyth streets:

▪ Draft amendment to the Wagga Wagga Development Control Plan 2010 from 18 April to 18 July 2020

▪ Draft amendments to the Wagga Wagga Local Environmental Plan 2010 from 10 August to 4 October 2019.

Thank you for your interest and participation in the exhibition of planning amendments for the Morgan, Murray and Forsyth streets precinct.

Submissions received have been reviewed and a report is being presented to the 10 August 2020 Council Meeting.

Council Meeting Room. Seating will be reserved for registered and approved public address speakers, attending in person. Limited public gallery seating (approximately 20 spaces) will be available on a first in first served basis.
