Revamp on track

18 November 2024

The transformation of the Lake Albert dog park is rolling on, with the installation of new fencing, cement paths, turf, an irrigation system, mulch, a bubbler for canines and their human companions, and a shelter.

There are still more improvements to be made as part of the revamp of the off-leash and agility area in O'Halloran Park, which will remain closed to public and their pets until the project is complete.

While the new turf may look inviting, Council is asking people to stay off the grass until the dog park is officially re-opened to give this patch of green the chance to establish its root system before it's subjected to foot and paw traffic.
