Consultation has concluded.

Council is exhibiting a draft amendment to the Wagga Wagga Development Control Plan 2010 (DCP).

The aim of the amendment is to modify the development controls applying within the Heritage Conservation Area and specific to Cooedong Lane.

This will change the types of considerations that Council makes when assessing development applications in the Heritage Conservation Area and the Cooedong Lane area.
