Council has on exhibition a draft amendment to the Wagga Wagga Local Environmental Plan 2010 to change land zoning and minimum lot size provisions for 47-49 Vincent Road, Lake Albert.
The public exhibition is from 5 September to 2 October 2020 (inclusive) with submissions being accepted until 16 October 2020.

"Personal information means information or an opinion (including information or an opinion forming part of a database and whether or not recorded in a material form) about an individual whose identity is apparent or can reasonably be ascertained from the information or opinion."
The person does not have to be clearly identified by the information. It is only necessary that identity "can reasonably be ascertained from the information."

Any original content that you submit or post on our site may be made available to the public and allows users to share your content (with the end user acknowledging your contribution) under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 Australian License.
