The changes to the Springvale minimum lot size and zoning were adopted by Council on 11 October 2021. The changes are now reflected in Council's local environmental plan.

Council is in receipt of a planning proposal to change the land zoning and minimum lot size provisions for land on Currawang Drive, Springvale.

On assessment of the proposal, the changes proposed to minimum lot size have been extended across some of the Springvale area.

The proposal is currently on public exhibition. Any individual, organisation or group can provide comment on the proposed amendment. Comments must be made in writing, either via letter, email or online submission form.
