Consulation has concluded.
Council is in receipt of a planning proposal to change the land zoning, minimum lot size and urban release area provisions for land located on River Road and Old Narrandera Road, Gobbagombalin.
To support this proposal, an amendment to the Wagga Wagga Development Control Plan 2010 is proposed to manage development along the gas pipeline.
The proposal is currently on public exhibition. Any individual, organisation or group can provide comment on the proposed amendment. Comments must be made in writing, either via letter, email or online submission form.
