Council is in receipt of a planning proposal to change the minimum lot size provisions for land bound by Brunskill, Mitchell, Silverwood & Birch Roads, Lake Albert.
The proposal is currently on public exhibition. Any individual, organisation or group can provide comment on the proposed amendment. Comments must be made in writing, either via letter, email or online submission form.

The person does not have to be clearly identified by the information. It is only necessary that identity "can reasonably be ascertained from the information."
