Turfing works have now commenced at the Wiradjuri (Narrung Street) Former Landfill site. Despite sustained wet conditions during winter causing a delay to the project's overall completion date, the fresh turf once laid will pave the way for follow-up hydroseeding works to commence shortly afterward, weather permitting.

Work on the new playground equally continues, with concrete being poured as weather allows. All concrete work is scheduled to ensure proper curing before any surrounding infrastructure is installed.
