Youpla Group Funeral Benefits Program

The Australian Government’s Youpla Group Funeral Benefits Program will help the families of fund members affected by the collapse of Youpla Group to conduct Sorry Business with dignity. The Program is not a compensation scheme, and will only pay a funeral benefit for a member who has passed away. The Program will pay the cover limit of the member’s Youpla Group policy.

Applications now open

If you have a loved one who has passed away who had a Youpla funeral expenses policy on or after 1 April 2020 you can now make an application by following the steps below:

Step 2 - complete the application

Start to complete the application form.

Step 3 - send the application

Once you’ve filled out the application form, email the form and your supporting documents to us at youpla@treasury.gov.au
