The changes for 77 Gurwood Street- Office Premises were adopted by Council on 22 August 2022. The changes are now reflected in Council's Local Environmental Plan.

Council is in receipt of a planning proposal to list ‘office premises’ as an additional permitted use in Schedule 1 for 77 Gurwood Street, Wagga Wagga (the former Wagga Wagga Commercial Club).

The proposal is currently on public exhibition. Any individual, organisation or group can provide comment on the proposed amendment. Comments can be made in writing, either via letter, email or online submission.
